The service and your account

TurnTease is a user-generated social challenge and private media-sharing platform for individuals aged 18 or older. Provide accurate account information, protect your password and use only accounts and linked profiles you are authorized to control. An age checkbox is self-attestation, not independent verification.

Your content and consent

Users create and submit their own challenges and uploads. TurnTease does not create, commission, select or direct individual user uploads. You are responsible for the rights, permissions and consent required for each particular sharing. Every identifiable depicted person must be at least 18. Do not upload material without their consent, including material shared privately elsewhere.

You retain ownership of your media. You grant TurnTease a limited, nonexclusive license to store, back up, process, normalize, transcode, transmit, display to authorized participants and delete your content as necessary to operate and protect the service. This is not a license to publish a public media gallery or sell your media. Operational backup and lawful preservation limitations may outlast a deletion request.

Prohibited conduct

Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, prohibited sexual deepfakes, harassment, coercion, extortion, impersonation, privacy/right violations and illegal activity are prohibited. Do not evade blocks, restrictions or takedowns. Discover profile photos must be general-audience images. These rules do not create explicit-content categories or change the game into an adult-content service.

Reporting and enforcement

TurnTease does not routinely prescreen, endorse or approve uploads. Normal submissions do not require staff approval. We reserve the right to restrict or remove prohibited material and suspend or terminate accounts. Email support@turntease.com under the Content Removal Policy for unlawful or nonconsensual material, even without an account. Do not submit another copy of intimate imagery. We may cooperate with valid legal requests and preserve material where legally required, while limiting access.

Privacy, retention and availability

See the Privacy Policy. Private sharing reduces exposure but cannot prevent a recipient from making an independent copy. Free game media normally expires after 30 days; Premium game media after 90 days, based on the uploading side. Profile and outfit images have separate deletion rules. Membership does not waive safety rules. Paid checkout and billing are currently disabled.

Disclaimers, liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness or complete security. TurnTease does not guarantee user conduct, recipient confidentiality or preservation of content. To the extent lawful, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No law, including Section 230, is represented as absolute immunity.

Contact support@turntease.com first to seek an informal resolution. Applicable mandatory consumer laws and court rights remain available; this draft imposes no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Counsel must approve the operator identity, jurisdiction, dispute venue and appropriate liability limits before public launch.

Changes and contact

Material policy changes receive new version identifiers and require renewed acceptance before applicable features continue. Safety reporting and privacy contact remain available. Contact support@turntease.com for support, rights or privacy requests. The legal operating entity and service address must be finalized before public launch.
