Content Removal Policy
Anyone, including nonmembers, can request removal of nonconsensual intimate imagery or other unlawful content. You do not need to register, log in or pay.
Email support@turntease.com. This is our existing Zoho support alias. Requests are received and reviewed manually; the app does not monitor the mailbox, send automatic acknowledgments or provide public case tracking.
What to include
- Your name or electronic signature.
- Information sufficient to identify and locate the content: a URL, content identifier, username or detailed description.
- A good-faith statement that the intimate depiction was shared without the depicted person's consent.
- A contact email address for follow-up.
- If acting for someone else, confirmation that you are their authorized representative.
Do not send another copy of intimate imagery. A content ID or identifying description is enough to start locating it. Members can use the Report option on photos, videos and game screens; the displayed content ID can also be included in an email.
How requests are handled
Authorized staff review the request, identify relevant content privately, record the original receipt time and an internal reference, and assess the appropriate action. Covered qualifying TAKE IT DOWN Act notices require removal as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after a valid request is received, including reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies. Staff qualification and later dashboard entry do not restart that clock. Not every report is a legally qualifying notice.
Staff may request necessary clarification and respond through the existing mailbox with an outcome or explanation. No automatic reply or general guaranteed response time is promised. Access can be revoked before physical storage deletion finishes; failures remain queued for retry. Appropriate legal preservation may delay physical destruction while access remains restricted. We do not promise deletion of recipient copies or historical backups.
Other concerns and privacy
Use the same address for privacy violations, impersonation, harassment, copyright or other unlawful content. Requests and contact details are available only to authorized handling staff, not other players. This policy reveals no private account or game information. See the Terms and Privacy Policy. For immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services.
Draft for attorney review before public launch. Email intake does not eliminate legal obligations or establish legal compliance.
